Renault KWID: High on features, easy on pocket

For the last so many years, it was thought that an entry-level car buyer just cares for two things. First, the buyer would look for a price that is really easy on the pocket and next, if the car can have some comfort and safety features built-in, then it would be great. These expectations were thought to be in that order with the price commanding the lions share while the latter was always good to have. This belief continued to remain true until the Renault KWID was launched in 2015. The phenomenal response to the car proved that this belief was in desperate need of a total overhaul. While these were indeed the two most important things, their order and level were very different.
